Job Summary:
The Apparel Supervisor is responsible for the overall merchandising and daily operation of the University Store’s athletic retail outlets (football, soccer, basketball, wrestling, baseball and softball) and will provide support to all other daily operations of the apparel department to include merchandise prep, stock rotation and markdowns. The position will also co-supervise the apparel department’s part-time student employees. Extended hours may be required during peak times of the year including start of each semester and athletic gamedays.

Required Qualifications:
High School/GED
Two years experience in a college bookstore or large retail store.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with extended periods of physical activity is required.
CRT, Xerox, Ratex, POS terminal
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HRAD
Six years in a large retail environment, two of those years in supervisory/management capacity.
