Minimum Qualifications:
- High/School GED
- Four years related work experience
-OR-
- Two years post-secondary education in related field
- Two years related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Should have experience in creative photography including digital capture, enhancement, and manipulation. Knowledge of communication through images and the best way to obtain pictures that meet or exceed the expressed need.
Ability to work cross-functionally with supervisors, unit staff and campus partners to ensure collaborative environment, coordinated efforts and maximized outcomes in photography. Must learn quickly and demonstrate flexibility in the work environment. Exhibit strong attention to detail as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple assignments with different priorities and tight deadlines. Demonstrate creativity, integrity and passion for growing the brand of Oklahoma State University.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Photography
Ten years of DSLR and/or mirrorless camera experience, studio and natural lighting techniques, ability to compose and create visually appealing images, advanced editing using Adobe software. Experience with digital asset management systems, keywords and archival processes. Experience shooting in a university or higher education setting.
