As part of the Subway® Team, you as an Assistant Manager will focus on seven main things :

PREREQUISITES
Education : High school diploma or equivalent
Experience : Experience in a restaurant operation is ideal. Preferably with team supervisory experience. However, it is NOT required. A great attitude and willingness to learn the position is all that is required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.
Physical : Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system / cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 45 pounds occasionally.
