APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR 

POSITION SUMMARY 
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Professional to assist with the onboarding phase of an Autodesk implementation and provide ongoing administrative support. This role is essential to ensure that our users have a seamless experience, from initial provisioning to ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have exposure to and familiarity with Autodesk’s Construction Cloud platform, experience in software administration, user support, and basic project coordination. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage user access, software updates, and training resources, with an operational focus on ensuring Autodesk is used effectively across our organization.

Founded in 1918, Okland Construction operates as a regional general contracting and construction management company with now nearly 1,000 employees and growing. It supervises the architectural, engineering, bidding, contracting, building, and inspection from the beginning to the end of the project and specializes in concrete self-preform on large commercial scale. 

LOCATION:  

Tempe, AZ 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Onboarding & Implementation 

• Assist in setting up Autodesk profiles for new users and managing user access and permissions. 

• Support the project team in coordinating onboarding training schedules and communicating timelines. 

• Work with IT and other relevant teams to ensure smooth software installation and deployment. 

• User Provisioning & Account Management 

• Maintain user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring security and accessibility standards. 

• Manage license allocations and monitor usage to ensure optimal license management. 

• Conduct routine outreach to and audit of users 

• Software Updates & Rollouts 

• Coordinate and communicate software updates or new feature rollouts. 

• Manage version control and track updates to ensure minimal disruption to end-users. 

• User Training & Communication 

• Develop and provide user guides, FAQs, and training materials as needed. 

• Facilitate training sessions and provide ad-hoc support to end-users. 

• Project Management & Support 

• Track and report on the progress of implementation tasks and timelines. 

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure objectives are met on schedule. 

• Conduct periodic audits of system usage and user feedback to drive improvements. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Proven experience in software administration or support, preferably with Autodesk or similar platforms. 

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills. 

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. 

• Basic knowledge of project and product management principles, specifically workflow and information management.
