We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work effectively with individuals with varying abilities.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in the assessment of patients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Support patients with disabilities by ensuring their specific needs are met during their treatment.
- Conduct routine checks on patients, including vital signs monitoring and documentation of health records.
