Job Description
Mau Marine Gas Dock Crew Members and Retail Clerks work closely with our customers and are expected to provide exceptional customer service while promoting a fun and professional environment.
Responsibilities
The following responsibilities will be expected of this position :
- Greeting customers upon arrival and answering any questions they have about our clothing and water accessories.
- Maintaining the proper display of clothing, water accessories, food, and beverages in the Ship Store.
- Assisting customers with docking quickly upon arrival, properly and securely tying up their boats, and filling their boat or watercraft with gas.
- Accurately processing payments and refunds in the form of both cash and credit cards.
- Assisting with Mau Marine and Okoboji Store events as needed
- Other duties as decided by management
