What are the responsibilities and job description for the Portfolio Manager position at Oksenholt Capital Management?
We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee home maintenance and operations. This includes ensuring that all the furniture, appliances, electronics, kitchen equipment and personal property are kept in a like-new condition. You will be expected to ensure you, and your managers care for the homes as if they were your own and ensure that your team operates effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a multi-location team, including Maintenance Techs and Managers.
- Oversee owner communications and ensure timely responses.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping and Business Development teams.
- Ensure accurate owner statements, work orders, and reporting.
- Monitor and optimize portfolio performance and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and budget management.
- Lead, mentor, and coach teams for professional growth.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, reports, and operational processes.
- Proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
This role requires a mix of office and fieldwork, occasional travel, and adherence to company policies, including dress code and workplace conduct.
