About The Role:
We're looking for a Director of Strategic Growth Experiments to join our Global Demand Generation team at Okta. You'll lead our strategic growth programs, focusing on identifying business triggers and intent signals that are scalable, drive sales pipeline, and deliver quick wins with repeatable motions. If you're energized by solving complex problems and driving rapid experimentation to deliver results, this role is for you.
This is a high-visibility role reporting to the VP of Global Demand Generation, with significant opportunity to shape Okta's growth strategy and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
The annual OTE range for this position for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:
$200,000—$300,000 USD

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outbound Growth Experiments: Design, build, implement, and measure growth and outbound experiments to uncover business triggers and intent signals that can scale across various campaigns and demand gen teams.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with regional sales leaders, growth product marketing, strategy and operations, field marketing and other stakeholders to align on approach and goals to drive/ influence pipeline.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and leverage data to guide decisions, optimize strategies, and ensure ROI on growth experiments.
- Build the Team: Build, lead and inspire a small but mighty team to iterate quickly and methodically, ensuring experiments are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Champion Innovation: Think creatively and outside the box to develop innovative approaches that accelerate pipeline growth.
- Align with Communications: Be a compelling communicator who can align cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive buy-in for new strategies.
- Proven experience leading outbound, prospecting, and growth experiments in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong Outbound and ABM expertise with a demonstrated ability to identify and leverage intent signals.
- Expert understanding of how to activate across marketing channels to surround growth programs.
- Proven ability to write persuasive and compelling sales copy.
- Track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through innovative and scalable strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
- Effective leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies, including Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and other applicable tooling.
