Implements and monitors patient care plans. Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment. Job Requirements BLS Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment. Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required to be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed. Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years. HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics. Completed within a year of start and updated yearly. Minimum 80% score. Only 2 attempts allowed. Required for all travelers. Preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite. Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler. Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions / Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times. 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start. Additional Details Must be AHA.
