Must have current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment. Ascension Pharmacology Exam required to be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter. Ascension Specialty Exam completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter. Ascension Color Vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years. HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start updated yearly. Ascension EKG Exam to be completed prior to start.
