Job Requirements Current Oklahoma RN License required. Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment. Pharmacology 1 or 2 exam required to be completed prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter. Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required prior to start and updated every 3 years thereafter. Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start updated yearly. Health Statement required prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter.
