About the Opportunity

You'll work alongside passionate, talented professionals who are committed to pushing the boundaries of animation and design while fostering a supportive and inspiring culture that encourages growth and fresh ideas.

What You'll Be Doing

Creative Collaboration : Work closely with social, marketing, and design teams to develop innovative and on-brand animations that engage and grow our audience.
Animated Content Creation : Deliver high quality animated content for social media in addition to other platforms including campaigns, events, advertising, and in-app animations.
Creative Interpretation : Follow creative direction to produce compelling and on-brand animations for daily, weekly, and seasonal projects.
Innovative Design : Develop creative ways to showcase OKX products and brand through video, challenging and innovating within world-class animation content.
Strategic Development : Work closely with the Design Director to align animated content with business goals and budget, supporting acquisition and retention teams.
Continuous Improvement : Review and optimize animations, staying updated on trends in motion graphics and crypto / blockchain news.
Creative Operations : Define and improve production processes, ensuring efficiency and integration. Collaborate with various teams for a consistent omni-channel approach.
Team Management : Foster a positive, supportive, and innovative culture within the Brand Design team, mentoring and developing team members.

What We Look For In You

Passion for Social Media : Enthusiasm for creating animations that thrive in the fast-evolving world of social media trends and platforms.

Adaptability : Experience working in fast-paced environments, balancing creativity and performance metrics to deliver impactful results.

Animation Expertise : Proven skills in animation, motion graphics, design, and typography with 8 years of experience in a creative team for a global business or agency.

Creative Problem Solver : Strong creative eye for animation, ability to deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment, and experience with best practice motion graphics creation processes.

Technical Proficiency : Adobe Creative Suite (Especially After Effects and Premiere Pro) and Figma.

Bonus : Cinema 4D Redshift)

Brand-Focused : Passion for branding and design, ensuring customer-centric animation development.

Team Player : Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and experience managing third-party agencies and freelancers.

Additional Skills : Numeracy, experience with task management tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Trello, Google Docs), and desirable skills in video editing, graphic design, social media and marketing.
