About The Opportunity
At the heart of OKX's user activity are the Buy, Sell, and Convert features, which enable seamless crypto trading. As a global crypto investment platform, our vision is to empower the next billion users with the smoothest trading experience. In this role, you’ll lead a team of product managers while also staying hands-on to enhance our current offerings and shape the future of how users discover, trade, and assess crypto assets. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and developing fiat-to-crypto infrastructure to support partners and building business cases around these systems. Deep collaboration across the fiat-to-crypto ecosystem—spanning Banking, Card, Web3 Wallet, Data, and more—is essential. You’ll also engage with local market partners to drive insights and innovation.

OKX Statement
The salary range for this position is $220,000.00 to $330,000.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the strategy for how users discover, research, buy, sell, and convert crypto, while reflecting on their activity and results.
- Building deep knowledge of user personas and needs across multiple local markets to tailor solutions to diverse audiences.
- Mastering the technical architecture of the fiat-to-crypto infrastructure to ensure seamless integration and scalability for partners.
- Driving product adoption and usage, working closely with growth and data teams to optimize the experience based on customer feedback and minimizing friction points.
- Mentoring a team of product managers, driving continuous improvement in product experience.
- Developing and executing multi-year product roadmaps that deliver significant business impact.
- 8 years of product management experience, with a focus on consumer-facing products.
- Expertise in personal finance products, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality consumer experiences that resonate with millions of users.
- Deep understanding of the technical foundations of fiat-to-crypto systems, with the ability to articulate and contribute to platform design decisions.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively at both the executive level and within cross-functional teams, while remaining hands-on in solving complex problems.
- Proven ability to navigate complex business and technical landscapes, shipping holistic product experiences without being constrained by organizational silos.
- Quick learner with the ability to master new and potentially complex domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience working with payment systems or crypto platforms is strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, make decisions with limited information, and advocate effectively for resources
