Candidates must be in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area, CA.We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Product Designer to join the OKX Growth team, where you will help guide the team's attention to UX craft and lead cross-functional design alignment and efficiency across our global apps. This pivotal role focuses on crafting dynamic and engaging user experiences that foster a strong connection between our products and their users. The designer would work from the Growth perspective, attracting both new users and keeping them engaged over time.As part of this role, you will be part of a world-class team driving the launch of an innovative Growth product feature. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with our global design, product, creative, strategy, engineering, and research teams to elevate the cutting edge of our product offerings. Your contributions will steer development and implementation of new technological concepts in crypto, deliver designs aligned with business objectives. The right candidate for this role possesses a detail-oriented approach to user experience, with a passion for holistic product-design thinking. • OKX Statement : The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $237,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
