Qualifications:
- Proficient in CAD (DataCAD experience is a plus).
- Must have residential CAD experience and a strong understanding of architectural design.
- General knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
- Experience in building, framing, or project management is beneficial.
- A degree in Computer-Aided Drafting is a plus but not required.
- Portfolio submission with complete drawing sets is required.

Responsibilities:
- Work alongside builders and clients to draft and detail stunning custom homes.
- Develop comprehensive architectural drawing sets, including plans, elevations, framing details, millwork drawings, schedules, and more.
- Ensure design evolution through the completion of construction.
- Conduct site visits to clarify and confirm design elements.
- Collaborate on schematic design based on experience level.
- Assist in updating drafting standards and systems as our team grows.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, structural engineers, and civil engineers throughout all project phases.
