Job Description - Lobby - Dog Daycare & Boarding
The Lobby responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working directly with customers in-person and over the phone, scheduling customer appointments, calling veterinary offices, walking dogs to and from dayplay, boarding and grooming. Responsibilities also include updating customer accounts, communicating with all other departments on necessary information and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby.
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous experience providing animal care (personal or job related)
- Willingness to work with dogs of all breeds, shapes & sizes
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Expectations
Expected hours : 35 – 45 per week
Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $14.00 / hour.
