Job Description: Olathe Ford is seeking a motivated and organized Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating Mobile Service Operations, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to understand their service needs
- Coordinate with Internal teams to ensure timely completion of service requests
- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, technician schedules, and client communications.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
