Job Overview: Olathe Ford RV center is looking for an enthusiastic BDC Manager/Representative to join our growing dealership's sales team. You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calls, internet leads and providing general information, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as a first point of contact for customers with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising the handling of all internet leads and inbound calls.
- Handle all guest inquiries and focus on 100% guest satisfaction
- Gather and track all guest data and accurately enter into the dealership's CRM.
- Facilitate timely follow up on all internet and sales leads.
- Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
- Logging customer details and comments in our system.
- Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
- Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers; and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
- Maintaining constant contact with customers to ensure they are happy with us and feel confident doing business with us.
- Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity.•
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
Requirements:
- Dealership sales, sales management, or BDC manager experience is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong email and phone presence is necessary.
- Highly organized, and detailed oriented with the ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet.
