Job Overview: Olathe Ford RV is seeking a skilled and motivated RV Body Shop Technician to join our team. If you have experience in body repair and restoration of RVs, we want to hear from you! As an RV Body Shop Technician, you’ll work on a variety of RVs, ensuring they are restored to like-new condition and meet our high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore RVs with a focus on body work, including fiberglass and aluminum repairs
- Perform frame straightening, dent repairs, and painting
- Inspect vehicles for damage and ensure all repairs are completed according to safety and quality standards
- Work efficiently with the team to meet repair deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Experience in RV body repair or automotive body repair (preferred)
- Knowledge of RV construction and materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Tools and equipment knowledge
