Pre-Delivery Prep Technician

Job Overview:Olathe Ford RV is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pre-Delivery Prep Technician. In this role, you will handle essential tasks to prepare RVs for delivery, including inspecting and cleaning units, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring all systems are functional to meet our high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and clean RV interiors and exteriors to ensure they are delivery-ready.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as testing appliances, checking fluid levels, and minor repairs.
- Install accessories and ensure all systems are functional.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and work completed.
- Work closely with other departments to meet delivery schedules.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in maintenance, detailing, or a similar field is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
