Job Summary : The ideal candidate will have experience as a Service Advisor in either a dealership or high-volume auto center. The candidate must be capable of handling the demands of a very busy Service Department while maintaining the level of quality our customers have come to expect.
Responsibilities :
- Meet with customers to gain knowledge of their concerns
- Complete Service Orders (RO)
- Maintain accurate service records
- Dispatch work to technicians and maintain excellent communication with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs
- Perform time and cost estimates for repair
- Complete and close work orders, once the repairs are completed
- Collect payment from customers
- Work with extended service policy companies from prior approvals on repairs needed
