We'd love to have you on our team!We are seeking an experienced and visionary 3D Design Director to lead the creative direction of our 3D / CGI offering at Olberding Brand Family. In this role, you will guide a talented team of 3D artists, 3D designers, and animators to bring bold ideas to life while ensuring excellence in visual storytelling and execution. This is both a leadership and hands-on position, where you'll get to work very closely with other 3D Designers and Artists.As a key collaborator, you'll also work across the broader creative and marketing teams to champion and execute innovative design solutions, and ensure our work consistently brings out the best in brands.

• Duties and Responsibilities Include : Develop and oversee the artistic vision for most 3D / CGI creative projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and department standardsLead, inspire, and mentor designers, animators, and production staffCollaborate with clients, producers, and creative teams to conceptualize and pitch compelling ideas and solutionsGuide the creative process from initial brief to final delivery, including pre-production, modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and renderingReview and approve creative work to maintain consistent quality and artistic integrityPresent concepts, storyboards, and iterations ensuring their vision is capturedObsessed with the industry by staying up-to-date on trends, tools, and techniques to push the boundaries of 3D / CGI design and animationWork closely with producers, technical directors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and timely project deliveryQualifications Include : 10 years of experience in 3D / CGI animation, motion design, or a related field2 years of leading, mentoring creative teamBachelor's degree in Animation, Design, Fine Arts, or Visual CommunicationAI experience, preferredGPU render farm (Octane), Adobe Substance, Rizum, Real Flow, X-Particles preferredStrong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier, After Effects, Illustrator)Understand the basic principles of design, composition, color, motion and storytellingExperience managing teams and leading creative projects from concept to completionStrong presentation and communication skills, both internally and with clientsBenefits Include : Competitive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k and profit sharing)Flexible work schedulesOnsite 24 / 7 fitness centerNamed one of Cincinnati's top workplacesPTO, Personal Time, Volunteer Time Off and 10 observed holidaysParental leaveThe Olberding Brand Family is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes individuals of diverse talents and backgrounds.For fastest consideration, please apply online to the Careers section of our website Only applications received through this process will be considered.
