Reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Manager, the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator oversees and keeps records of all shipping and receiving. The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for organizing, sorting, and transferring goods from one location to another.

Reporting to the Shipping & Receiving Manager, the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator oversees and keeps records of all shipping and receiving. The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for organizing, sorting, and transferring goods from one location to another.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor company packages from start to finish, ensuring proper packing techniques and shipping practices
- Deliver packages received to offices & personnel throughout the campus
- Schedule shipments and plan logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems
- Troubleshoot shipping issues and work to resolve them
- Ensure there are sufficient supplies required for shipping
- Drive to local post office daily to drop off outgoing mail
- Occasionally drive to bank to make deposit or cash check on behalf of Controller
Qualifications Include:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Drive for extended amount of time (up to 2 hours)
- Walk up and down stairs carrying boxes up to 10 lbs.
- Place boxes on hand truck and use hand truck to deliver packages
- Reach and extend when preparing boxes for shipment
- Sit for extended periods of time (up to 1 hour)
