Old Abe's Old Time Portraits has been providing our customers fun memories and a great experience for over 45 years. We are looking for a Team Leader with a positive attitude and who loves to work with people. This position and has potential for advancement to Supervisor and Manager! No photography experience is required we will train you to ensure you will be able to keep providing our customers with the great experience they expect from our studio. This is a fun job and you will work hard, this job is more physical than most people think.
Job Responsibilities

- Have fun with customers and other Team Members. Our customers visit us to have a fun experience and this is easily achieved when we all have a great time together.
- Provide customer with outstanding service by training all Team Members on proper service techniques.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle diverse, demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner and answer questions and resolve customer inquiries.
- Have strong communication and organization skills.
- Motivate and lead all Team Members by example.
- Build Team environment and group morale.
- Guide customers though the studio process to ensure they have an amazing experience.
- Have the ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of business during the busy summer season.
- Have the ability to work in a Team environment and independently.
- Have a genuine smiling and positive personality.
- Provide customers with a clean and well stocked studio.
- Notify Managers when inventory items are reaching low levels.
- Open and close the studio by following all procedures.
- Demonstrate the ability to keep a positive attitude in all situations.

- Follow all studio policies and procedures.
- Have the ability to switch tasks quickly and seamlessly
- Managing the workflow of their employees, creating team schedules and delegating tasks
- Assessing the work performance of their employees and identifying areas that need improvement
- Ensuring that business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met
- Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles
- Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision
- Recommend new employees to senior management based on an assessment of their performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
