About This Role
This is a full-time position responsible for washing pots, pans, and other cooking equipment. You will also maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware, ensuring the dish area, equipment, and chemicals are properly maintained.
Responsibilities
- Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment;
- Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware;
- Maintain dish area, equipment, and chemicals;
- Ensure the work area and equipment stay clean;
- Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three compartment sink;
- Verify machine is working properly.
