What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adult Education Electrical Instructor position at Old Colony Regional Voc.Technical High School?
We are accepting applications for an Adult Education Electrical Instructor. The ideal candidate will hold a Master Electrician license, have teaching experience, exercise a high standard for safety, and be willing to commit to teaching the full 600-hour course. The course goal is licensure for journeymen.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday for four 8-week semesters. Responsibilities Include:
● Demonstrating the use of the latest version of the NEC and the Massachusetts Amendments
Answering code-related questions
Instructing students on the purpose and applications of Ohm’s law
Teaching basic electrical terms and the requirements of NEC articles 200-310
