This role will support the safety team by being the main point of contact as it relates to traffic violations and new applicant drug testing information.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive and review notifications of traffic violations
- Handle basic traffic violations, escalating in instances where assistance is required
- Assist with tracking and recording applicant drug test
- Answer calls and responds to emails from employees regarding safety issues and responds in a timely manner
- Utilize a high sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
