Follow up with customers who received Truckload rate estimates, which have not been secured, to get feedback and ultimately try to secure the business.
Primary Responsibilities
Reach out to customers to get feedback and secure their business
Provide outstanding customer service on every call and / or email to customers
Manage the Truckload Customer Relations inbox
Setup loads in our TMS system that are secured through efforts of follow-up and feedback
Track and chart responses / feedback
Provide support for Customer Service Reps or Truckload Services inbox teams
Answer overflow phone calls, and any other tasks to provide support for Truckload team
Job Qualifications
Education :
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience :
1 year of experience in a customer service role via telephone, email or in person, preferably within the trucking / transportation industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
Demonstrated ability to excel in customer service relations
Working Days :
Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,
Working Shift :
