Growing property management company seeking an individual to work in a fast-paced environment. This entry level position is a full time position. Ideal applicant will be enthusiastic, organized, and detail oriented who can work in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Oversee day-to-day operations of rental properties to include advertising vacancies & screening tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Ensure all properties are maintained in good condition
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Enforce property and association rules and regulations and lease agreements
- Act as a liaison between property owners and tenants and adhering to regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields a plus but not required
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to be a team player
- Ability to obtain real estate license within 60 days of hire date
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
