Entry Level Photographer

Old Glory Media Company
Colorado, CO Full Time
POSTED ON 4/16/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 6/16/2025

Company Overview:

Old Glory Media Company is a real estate media company committed to delivering top-notch property marketing services and customer service. We are actively seeking a high-energy, optimistic, friendly, reliable and creative Entry Level Photographer to join our team. If you can make others feel at ease, be depended upon, and are a quick learner, this may be the opportunity for you!

Position Overview:

As an Entry Level Photographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality, visually appealing images of residential and commercial properties. Your role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating compelling visual content for marketing materials, and contributing to the overall success of our clients’ real estate listings. This might sound like photography experience is necessary: it's not! We will teach you.

Responsibilities:

  • Property Media Production: Capture stunning images of interior and exterior spaces, emphasizing the unique features of each property through photography, videography, virtual tours, drone operations (Part 107 certification required after hire), and schematic floor plans. Sound overwhelming? If you're teachable, we can teach you!
  • Site Preparation: Ensure timely arrival at locations and prepare each space for optimal photography conditions.
  • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the real estate team to understand specific photo requirements and deliver on expectations.
  • Adherence to Processes: Follow specific processes to guarantee high-quality deliverables. Transparently, real estate photography is less art and more process.
  • Schedule Management: Manage your schedule for flexibility; the more you work, the more you can earn.
  • Professionalism: Uphold professionalism, promptness, and a positive team player attitude.

Expectations:

  • Reliability: Punctuality, dependability, and efficient time management to meet scheduled appointments.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics to capture unique selling points.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with real estate agents and property owners.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and locations, given the varied working environments in real estate photography.
  • Vehicle Requirement: 2015 or newer vehicle for project-related travel.
  • Demeanor: Positive and professional attitude.
  • Dress Code: Business casual.
  • Background Check: Required.
  • Technology: Access to a computer with a high speed internet connection to upload photos.

Preferred Availability:

We are specifically seeking applicants with flexible availability Monday through Saturday during business hours, with a preference for those consistently available 20 plus hours per week and open to some occasional evening/weekend hours.

Earning potential tied to the number of projects you take on. Pay starts at $20/hr for time scheduled on site, plus a trip fee per shoot. Pay raises available as you add more skills to your toolbelt, for example, when you get your drone license there is a pay bump.

How to Apply:

Please email your resume, portfolio, and a brief cover letter to Grayson Houston at Grayson@oldglorymediaco.com. Please also include a brief video introducing yourself - this can be shot selfie style on a cell phone, does not need to be flashy.
