Old Havana Cigar Company takes pride in providing personal customer service with every order and stand behind every sale. We have 2 locations in Pennsylvania and are actively hiring for both part-time and full-time Retail Sales Associates at both locations. Health Benefits after 6 months.
Locations Include:
- West Chester (Chester County)
- Morton (Delaware County)
Key Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:
- Engage customers in a courteous, helpful, and respectful manner, promptly and politely responds to customer inquiries and customer requests for support
- Organize and straightens merchandise areas on the sales floor
- Maintain cleanliness of store and ensure merchandise is organized
- Learn to use Lightspeed Retail POS System and how to organize, label and keep track of inventory, customer history and prices
- Process customer transactions through the cash register when required
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity
- Highly self-motivated, fast thinker
- Demonstrate proactivity and assess customer's needs
Education/Experience/Qualifications for Retail Sales Associate:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of retail experience desired
- Knowledge of cigars helpful
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Readily adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary to meet business needs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
