We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our team. This full-time position is located at our Donelson branch and offers a robust benefits package. This position will be responsible for maintaining and improving our company's IT infrastructure. The Systems Administrator will work closely with other IT professionals to ensure that our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain Microsoft 365 environment, including Office applications and Exchange
- Configure and maintain the Azure environment, Tenant, and security controls
- Maintain IT system infrastructure documentation and ensure backup copies of all files are routinely made and securely stored
- Lead migration initiatives, IT standardization activities, and other processes
- Provide a full range of network, server, and workstation support and upgrades
- Maintain and support Active Directory
- Installing, maintaining, upgrading, configuring the Windows Server operating systems
- Ensure the integrity and security of data on both in house and hosted computers during data transfer in accordance with industry best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with best practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to development and management of a disaster recovery plan for systems as well as data recovery plan
- Provide technical support in all areas, including security, business partner coordination, IT asset maintenance, and Active Directory identity management
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Perform other duties as assigned
