Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Woodbridge, VA. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, planning and creating menus, maintaining high kitchen and food quality standards, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The role includes developing recipes, ordering supplies, managing kitchen budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service through culinary expertise. The Head Chef will also monitor equipment maintenance and foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
