Key Responsibilities
- Work daily in Microsoft Excel to analyze, organize, and present business data
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), purchasing trends, and inventory levels
- Use pivot tables, vlookups, advanced formulas, charts, and conditional formatting to support data accuracy and visualization
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement through data analysis
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting efforts using historical data
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across systems
- Support the procurement team by analyzing supplier data, order history, and pricing performance
- Help maintain accurate records related to purchases, vendors, and stock levels
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings to aid in business decision-making
Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced Excel proficiency is a must—daily use will include pivot tables, vlookups, charts, and complex formulas
- Experience working with large datasets and transforming raw data into digestible, actionable reports
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain operations (or interest in learning)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data projects simultaneously
- Effective communication skills to share insights with team members and leadership
- College degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, data analytics) preferred
