Your title: Digital Experience Manager (DEM)
Your responsibilities: The DEM will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing Team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the medical practice and generate online brand awareness.Manage the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines;
- Create, edit, add compelling content through Wordpress platform to ensure an optimal user experience and increase traffic to the website;
- Collaborate with management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards;
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using analytics tools, and optimize the website to improve engagement and conversion;
- Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage website visitors and previous patients, increasing the likelihood of conversions;
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues as needed;
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites;
- Maintain hosting and domain sources;
- Create and manage paid digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine marketing (SEM), and more, including Google Ads, display ads, and social media ads, to drive targeted traffic and conversions;
- Create and manage Google Business Profile for every “location”;
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations;
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital marketing efforts, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition;
- Generate regular reports and presentations on digital marketing activities, outcomes, and ROI;
- Monitor online reviews and ratings of the medical practice and respond to patient feedback in a timely and professional manner;
- Contribute to the production of marketing-related videography and photography.
- Implement strategies to enhance online reputation, encourage positive reviews, and address any negative feedback;
- Collaborate as needed with the Brand Communications Manager on social media and email marketing campaigns;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in digital marketing for the healthcare industry;
- Attend webinars, conferences, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in digital marketing;
- Share relevant industry insights and recommendations with the marketing team and stakeholders;
- Complete all required training and compliance-related tasks by the assigned deadline and coach your team to excel at the same;
- Meet and discuss goals, plans, activities, strategies and forecasts with the executive leadership team on a regular basis;
- Work collaboratively with the executive leadership team on any and all initiatives and projects deemed necessary for growth and success;
- Work to build cooperative consensus in developing creative solutions to challenges and barriers to growth;
- Engage in a collaborative effort with the entire Clinical, Administrative and Sales/Marketing team to grow and protect market share and profitability; and
- Undergo year-end reviews that examine sales and region growth, customer engagement, accuracy and completeness of documentation, quality of action plans, demonstration of product and service knowledge, collaboration and communication with the team, and overall employee performance.
- Perform such other marketing-related duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by Company.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
