Mortgage Loan Processor
Job Summary
A mortgage loan processor is responsible for preparing, processing, and validating mortgage loan documents. This job works in coordination with a mortgage team to ensure all lending functions are completed accurately and timely based on consumer closing deadlines. The processor must maintain and complete work in an organized manner that supports the requirement to handle multiple work projects and activities daily. Work functions are highly detailed at all levels to ensure compliance with applicable funding requirements. Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA (RD), and Conventional (Fannie May / Freddie Mac) preferred, as well as experience with Encompass software.
Primary Location / Schedule :
- 1650 E Battlefield Suite 200, Springfield MO 65804
- 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm Monday - Friday; overtime and weekends based on loan volume
- Fulltime : 40 hours per week average
