Key Responsibilities:
•Process internal and external customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
•Complete daily cash balancing of till and maintain accurate records.
•Provide exceptional customer service by assisting, responding to, and resolving internal and external customer inquiries.
•Identify opportunities to promote the bank and sell and cross-sell bank products and services.
•Assist the head teller with teller line operations through the performance of assigned duties.
•Attend required meetings and training seminars to stay updated on bank policies and procedures.
•Maintain knowledge of operational controls, policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with bank policies and related laws and regulations.
•Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and adhere to established policies and procedures to maintain branch security.
Requirements:
•Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to learn other job-specific software applications.
•Knowledge of basic accounting skills for balancing cash drawers and completing customer transactions.
•Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively convey information to customers and colleagues.
•Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals and objectives.
•Ability to make financial transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
