The Ideal candidate will work the role as a hybrid out of our Charlotte, NC office; however, we are willing to consider a fully remote candidate as long as they reside in the US's eastern or central time zones. We prefer a candidate who has worked in the insurance industry.

Experience :

• Three years experience in compliance, regulatory requirements, or project management within the financial or insurance industry.
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining effective compliance programs and policies.
• Experience conducting compliance audits, reviews, and investigations.
• Strong management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.
• Ability to travel as required, expected to be 30% or less of the role

Education :
