As a Premium Audit Assistant, you will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining annual network audit support folders, ensuring audit-related documents are tracked efficiently and are easily accessible. Your responsibilities will include remotely accessing external customer systems to retrieve expiring policy details, contact information, risk control surveys, and loss reports, and storing these documents in our internal network folders. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers, agents, and insureds, to obtain and verify the necessary audit information.

This role will also involve conducting thorough audits of network files, ensuring that all premium audits and audit support materials are complete and compliant with our established guidelines. As a Premium Audit Assistant, you will support Premium Audit Workflow Coordinators by preparing and securely transmitting completed audits. Additionally, you will manage the receipt and distribution of non-electronic audit-related materials, ensuring their timely delivery to auditors. Your keen attention to detail will help prevent audit oversights, and you will proactively identify any gaps in the process.
