As our Workflow Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our daily operations. Your day will start by inputting daily premium transactions from multiple sources into our Access database, ensuring a smooth production flow. You will also calculate and assign audit endorsements with precision and handle cancellations by logging and assigning them to Compliance Processors. Monitoring email notifications from the Audit department will be part of your routine, where your attention to detail will help determine correct account assignments and ensure that all required documents are imported into our document imaging software accurately. Your expertise as a Workflow Coordinator will also be essential in calculating final audited premiums and updating them in the database with accuracy and efficiency.
In this Workflow Coordinator role, you will be responsible for managing regulatory notices and criticisms by retrieving them from various bureau websites and emails. You’ll assign these critical transactions, import all supporting documents, and keep our Access database updated. Your ability to handle data meticulously will ensure compliance and accuracy at every step. Daily premium postings will be your domain, covering issues, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claim activities. By analyzing prior posting reports, you’ll help maintain workflow integrity and uphold our quality control standards.
Additionally, the Workflow Coordinator will prepare and update unit statistical reports, ensuring that New Claims and Exception/Unmatched Reports are accurate and distributed promptly. Running quality control reports and performing data integrity checks will be key parts of your responsibilities, aligning with our internal Sarbanes-Oxley Act controls. Your analytical skills will also be put to use by evaluating existing processes, suggesting improvements, and documenting approved procedural changes.
We’re looking for a Workflow Coordinator with a High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience analyzing large volumes of data—or a combination of education and experience that proves your capabilities. Your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to our team’s success will make you an invaluable asset.
