As a Bond Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Boston branch. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of talented individuals, coaching them to meet company goals, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company. A key component of your role will involve overseeing underwriting submissions, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards and aligning with company guidelines. Your expertise in the industry will help us navigate the competitive market, allowing us to stay ahead of the curve. In addition, you will have a hand in recruiting, mentoring, and training staff to ensure we have a team that is committed to excellence.

As a key representative of the branch, you will engage with clients, prospective business partners, and agencies across your territory, building relationships that contribute to long-term success. Travel will be required, as you will visit agencies and attend industry events to maintain existing business and drive new opportunities.

e are looking for an individual with a proven track record in the surety and fidelity industry, ideally with at least five years of successful managerial experience. A bachelor’s degree is required, and experience in underwriting, production, and marketing within the industry will be highly valued.
