As the Regional Vice President-West, you will be responsible for training, supervising, and developing branch personnel while ensuring that our underwriting standards and compliance requirements are met. You will play a key role in selecting top talent, strengthening our teams, and fostering a culture of excellence. Your expertise in contract surety underwriting will be crucial as you guide decision-making, provide recommendations on authority levels, and oversee underwriting submissions within your authority limits. Acting as the first line of contact for "over authority" submissions, you will collaborate closely with branch leaders to maintain underwriting integrity and profitability.

The Regional Vice President-West will also contribute to the development and execution of annual business plans and budgets. Your strategic insights and leadership will help drive regional growth and ensure financial objectives are met. You will work directly with Bond Managers to implement effective expense management strategies and oversee key broker and agency relationships. This position can be based in Washington, California, or Oregon, covering a territory that includes Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.
