This position is hybrid based out of either of the following ORT locations: Akron, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, Minnetonka, MN or Tampa, FL.

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Position's Pay Range
$74,000 to $80,000 annually.

What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the design, coding, testing, and support of applications using .NET and SQL technologies
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and analysts to understand and implement business requirements
- Troubleshoot bugs and deliver clean, maintainable code
- Learn and apply Agile development practices in a team setting
- Stay curious and continuously improve through mentorship and training
- A degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Passion for software development and learning new technologies
- Familiarity with C#.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- A team mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
