We are seeking a Commercial Title Officer to search commercial records to determine ownership interest and encumbrances on real property that the company has been hired to transact. The ideal candidate has experience and interest in reviewing title exams and preparing title commitments and title policies.
Location: 3 days remote and 2 days in office

What You’ll Do
- Reviewing title abstracts/exam
- Preparing title commitments and title policies, title update letters, title certificates
- Communicate with clients
- Review title objection letters
- Preparing and revise pro forma policies
- Handle recording of title documents
- In Settlement they are to aid the Escrow Officer in reviewing and approving wires for the transaction.
