Position Summary
We are seeking a talented hybrid Graphic Designer to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. The ideal candidate will provide creative graphic designs to support marketing efforts for customers in the real estate sector.
Essential Functions
- Design marketing materials, including but not limited to:
- Listing flyers for homes for sale
- Postcards
- Brochures
- Social media graphics
- Door hangers
- Order marketing materials on behalf of customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to obtain and provide necessary marketing resources.
- Maintain a personable, positive demeanor and represent the company professionally.
- Attend regular and after-hours work-related events as required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher).
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
- Quick learner with a team-oriented attitude and a passion for collaboration.
- Ability to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Regular and consistent attendance is required.
- Capability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to accept supervision and work overtime as requested.
