- This is a hybrid-office position and requires office attendance 2-3 times per week in Minnetonka, MN.
- Provide support and be actively involved with Talent Development & Learning Team projects and other HR initiatives
- Design, develop, and facilitate corporate training programs, including leadership and management development workshops in virtual, in-person, and self-directed modalities based on adult learning principles
- Test, administer, and maintain courses and virtual sessions in the Workday LMS
- Manage the communication, timing, and launching of compliance training, monitor completions and past due learning, and generate various reports
- Review external vendor materials to ensure materials meet learning and performance objectives
- Utilize technology and learning platforms to deliver and track learning experiences effectively
- Identifies and recommends employee training by understanding the business needs and parent company direction
- Manages and maintains the Learning SharePoint site
- Collaborates with Human Resource Business Partners to provide training solutions for employees, managers, departments, etc.
- When applicable, consult with subject matter experts and partners to collaboratively develop learning content and performance objectives
- Responsible for testing Workday courses focusing on user experience, course accuracy, and appropriateness
- Partners Identifies and proactively defines requirements for reporting needs for learning campaigns, courses, and audiences
- Responsible for gathering training audience requirements
- Works with HR Business Partners to plan and schedule required training
- Generate reporting for compliance and attendance and follows up with managers to ensure employees complete assignments by prescribed deadlines
- Administers employee accounts and training assignments via LinkedIn Learning
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in HR, leadership development, or related field required
- Experience with Workday, LMS and/or HRIS systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Proficient in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Articulate 360 and Camtasia
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design
- 1-3 years experience facilitating learning in live, virtual, and in-person environments
- Experience with project management software, such as Smartsheet
- Strong organizational planning and project management skills
- Highly organized, takes initiative and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Critical-thinking and analytical skills focused on proposing business and technology solutions and driving process improvement, continuous improvement mindset
- Solution-Oriented: ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Strong ability and willingness to host, facilitate and deliver course training in front of large audiences
- Proactive, approachable, and receptive to change
- Desire and willingness to learn and take on broader responsibilities
Position's Pay Range
$72,000.00 to $82,000.00 per year.
