Job Description :
The Learning and Development Partner and Facilitator will be responsible for creating, delivering, and managing employee learning through Workday, LinkedIn Learning, and other LMS systems. Seeking a learning and development professional with excellent administrative and project management skills, instructional design and facilitation experience and an eagerness to collaborate with various partners and learn and grow within the role. This role will also be responsible for managing and assisting in multiple projects across HR and managing courses through various vendors.
- This is a hybrid-office position and requires office attendance 2-3 times per week in Minnetonka, MN.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide support and be actively involved with Talent Development & Learning Team projects and other HR initiativesDesign, develop, and facilitate corporate training programs, including leadership and management development workshops in virtual, in-person, and self-directed modalities based on adult learning principlesTest, administer, and maintain courses and virtual sessions in the Workday LMSManage the communication, timing, and launching of compliance training, monitor completions and past due learning, and generate various reportsReview external vendor materials to ensure materials meet learning and performance objectivesUtilize technology and learning platforms to deliver and track learning experiences effectivelyIdentifies and recommends employee training by understanding the business needs and parent company directionManages and maintains the Learning SharePoint siteCollaborates with Human Resource Business Partners to provide training solutions for employees, managers, departments, etc.When applicable, consult with subject matter experts and partners to collaboratively develop learning content and performance objectivesPartners with HRIS Learning SME :
Responsible for testing Workday courses focusing on user experience, course accuracy, and appropriatenessPartners Identifies and proactively defines requirements for reporting needs for learning campaigns, courses, and audiencesResponsible for gathering training audience requirementsWorks with HR Business Partners to plan and schedule required trainingGenerate reporting for compliance and attendance and follows up with managers to ensure employees complete assignments by prescribed deadlinesAdministers employee accounts and training assignments via LinkedIn LearningKNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Experience
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required1-3 years relevant work experience in HR, leadership development, or related field requiredExperience with Workday, LMS and / or HRIS systemsProficient in Microsoft Office suite : Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordProficient in SharePoint and Microsoft TeamsExperience with Articulate 360 and CamtasiaKnowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design1-3 years experience facilitating learning in live, virtual, and in-person environmentsExperience with project management software, such as SmartsheetSkills & Knowledge

The estimated pay range stated represents the typical pay range for this position or similarly employed employees or employees performing substantially similar work. Factors which may be used to determine the actual pay rate may include, but are not limited to, education, training or experience; seniority; merit and work performance; quantity or quality of production; regional differences in compensation; differences in local minimum wages, or ability and effort.
Position's Pay Range :
75,000 - 85,000 per year.
