Catalyst Cannabis is seeking a great Operations Manager to join our team to oversees and optimizes our cultivation, retail, and distribution processes.

Your Manager:

• Will (CEO)

Your Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)

Your Location:

• Anchorage, AK (We are seeking an on-site & in-person team member)

Your Compensation:

• Annual Salary (Starting At): $150k
• 401k w/ Matching (Full Match to 3%, ½ Match to 4%)

Your Responsibilities:

• Execution of Vision: Effectively partner with CEO to capture and deliver
• Lead, Manage, Hold Accountable (LMA): Retail, Cultivation, Operations, and Finance
• Business Plan/Budgets/P&L Objectives: Understand, maintain, and deliver
• Key Processes: Develop, simplify, document, execute (efficiency & cost reduction)
• Data: Operational Performance, Production, etc.
• Issue Resolution: Capture then Identify, Discuss, Solve (IDS)
• Compliance Management: Local/State/Federal regulations of cannabis cultivation and sales
• Daily Operations: Inventory Management, Safety, and Quality Assurance

Specific Requirements

• Degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related field
• 3 years of managerial experience
• Alaska Marijuana Handlers Card

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
