Advancing Medical Care
- Establishes medical protocols, trains doctors, and oversees medical/surgical outcomes.
- Ensures quality care, controls costs, and addresses client concerns.
- Recruits, mentors, and evaluates associate doctors and staff.
- Develops client compliance protocols and supports staff training initiatives.
- Drives revenue growth and ensures proper client charges and expense management.
- Assists in budget preparation and monitors key financial reports.
- Builds clinic reputation and supports innovative initiatives.
- Monitors marketing and client service efforts, seeking operational improvements.
- Competitive Compensation: Generous salary range of $150k - $180k. Compensation commensurate with experience, skills, schedule, and the scope of services provided and bonuses including sign-on, growth incentives, and retention bonuses.
