We are currently seeking a Location Manager to lead our Northwest and Carson City locations with purpose and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Hospitality and Leadership:
- Embody and foster a culture of genuine hospitality, aligning with our mission to create welcoming environments for both guests and team members.
- Lead and inspire your teams with warmth and authenticity, ensuring each interaction reflects our guiding principles.

Operational Excellence:
- Maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness and organization, creating spaces where guests can slow down, drink up, and savor every moment.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that our cafés operate with seamless efficiency, embodying the ethos of calm and quality.
Team Development:
- Mentor and train staff to be experts in both coffee craft and hospitality, emphasizing growth and excellence in every role.
- Create schedules that balance operational needs with labor margin goals, maintaining a focus on employee well-being and business sustainability.
Financial Stewardship:
- Leverage deep knowledge of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and labor management to achieve financial targets.
- Strategically optimize inventory, labor, and revenue opportunities to maintain profitability while enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- A passion for high-quality coffee and creating meaningful guest experiences.
- Proven leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or the specialty coffee industry.
- A strong understanding of operational metrics such as COGS and labor percentages.
- A mindset aligned with our values of intentionality, hospitality, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.
- Food Protection Manager certification is a plus; required within 30 days of hire.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $45,000 - $48,500 DOE, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
